Welcome to my writing and wellbeing portfolio! I'm Sabrina, a writer, creative thinker, foodie and passionate health and wellness advocate.
My passion for holistic health has guided my critical investigation of modern media's harmful advocation of health, beauty, fitness and wellness.
The theme of this portfolio is self-awareness. Creating a sense of mindful self-knowing starts with learning more about yourself and who you want to ‘write’ yourself to be.

I am a multimedia enthusiast, Writer and media professional based in Toronto, Ontario. I bring a creative and critical edge to my work and take from my passions for health, wellness, food and fashion to shape the creative ways in which I tell stories and relay information.
I am a self-motivated, inquisitive and detail-oriented critical thinker always looking to take on new challenges and expand my knowledge and skillsets. I bring a unique perspective, sparkling originality and persistent entrepreneurial ambition to every creative and professional journey I embark on.
